1to1 Coaching includes twice-monthly video-calls with Jeff Jochum, and unlimited guidance from your personal Team-X Mentor. (Click HERE to see Mentor's Page)

These 1to1 calls will help move you along the path of YOUniqueness, evaluate your progress, and where Jeff will assign personalized homework to ensure you are moving quickly through the process, and are learning to your maximum potential. Homework assignments must be completed before your next call, and Mentors are there to help you stay on track.

The Team-X Coaching Process
In truth, its not magic, though to outsiders (i.e. non Team-Xers) it probably looks like it. We'll achieve the goal of YOUniqueness for your business by following four phases that Jeff has refined over the years as the most efficient way to get there. These steps, and brief description of the tasks and deliverables, are below:

1) Discover: This is the foundation for success on all other phases, so rushing to a conclusion and moving to the next steps before you're ready inevitably becomes apparent in step 2 and forces us back to the beginning. We will dig deep into what you are passionate about, how that is represented in the special sauce of your life and work, and make tough decisions about the ingredients that you want to become known for. Before we can move on, we must settle on words that literally define you.

2) Define: With your baseline of Discovery as a foundation, we'll begin to expand how the world, and your clients, experience them, with an eye towards creating a doctrine of difference that will be at the heart of everything you say and do, from that point forward.

3) Declare: While the first two phases represent a large percentage of the mental heavy-lifting in this process, the Declaration step is often the most frustrating, because it is easy to begin and becomes increasingly difficult as we near the result of crafting your YOUnique business biography and specialty position.

4) Deliver: With a clear message, bio and vision in mind, we'll help you (re)create your website design, galleries, blog, pricing and all other outwardly-facing messaging to ensure it's effectiveness in your market.

Because of the partnering and collaborative nature of this relationship, Team-X Coaching is designed as a maximum 6-month program. No longer term commitment should be assumed, as we're not therapists and have no interest in creating codependencies. :)

Pricing upon acceptance (everyone applicant is personally interviewed) with Jeff's 1to1 Coaching is $1500 (this includes $300 setup and the LAST month's coaching fee) and then $1200 per month in advance, once you begin.
